3. What are the dimensions available?
J&G carved stone is highly customizable. We can carve at the dimensions
preferred by you.

4. Do you custom make?
Yes, we carve stone out of your drawing & picture at nice craftsmanship.

5. Do you install?
We do not install directly. You can seek help from our distributors or other stone fabricators & contractors in your area.

6. Do you accept retail order? How will you deal with retail order?
Generally no. We sell to business. We will refer retail order to our nearest
distributors.

7. What is the minimum quantity you require?
One container. If your order is less than one container, please feel free to contact relative sales manager to confirm.

8. What is your warrant policy?
J&G Garden Stone warrants that all carved stone items are of merchantable
quality and will be replaced if defective or broken. The client should inform us
within 10 days of delivery.

9. What is the package?
The carved stone are packed in strong seaworthy wooden crates. Each stone is well protected.

10. How about fumigation?
All wooden crates are fumigated before shipment. Certificate of Fumigation is provided upon request for your Custom clearance procedures.

11. How many items can be loaded in a container?
Generally one container can load approximately 16-25MT depends on the items.
The weight are estimated when you are quoted.

12. What is your lead time?
4 weeks for production, 4 weeks for the sea transportation.

13. What is your port of loading?
Qingdao, China /Tianjin, China & Shanghai, China.

14. How many inventory do you require for your distributor?
Not any inventory required from us. You manage on your own your inventory level.
We suggest you to make a market study to keep a suitable inventory so that you
will not run out of stock for retail purchase. The lead time is 8-10 weeks. The sales
season of the carved stone is on summer.

15. Do you have any other special requirement on the qualification of
distributor?
We do not have qualification of general distributors. But we do have some requirement
for the exclusive distributors in certain territory. If you hope to distribute J&G carved
stone exclusively, please contact us for details.

16. Do you have a printed catalog?
Yes. Our catalog is only sent to business with serious interest in stone products.
